Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided that the service has not yet been initiated. To cancel your order, please email us at info@jetmotin.tech with your order details.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• If the service was not delivered as described
• If the service could not be completed due to technical issues from our end
• In case of duplicate payment

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original method of payment.

Please note the following are non-refundable:

• Customized or personalized services after work has begun
• Third-party transaction fees
• Digital products once downloaded or accessed
